i am looking for someone out there that has been in my position and spent a lil bit of money to get some extra power.RIGht now my set up is basically stock: t25 turbo, aftermarket intercooler kit,oil cooler,HKS exhaust,Hks b.o.v.,koyo radiator, and flexalite fans.... what could give me a lil more Hp without doing the whole gt2871r,injectors,maf and that whole deal dont have 2-3K to spend???

You could get a boost controller and turn up the boost to 12-13 PSI, but you'll probably kill the turbo quicker. Another option is spend ~$100 on a grounding kit (I remember some magazine doing a test on a turbo volvo and they picked up about 10 more hp. Apex'i air intake for ~5hp (but is ~$120 and won't be able to use with 300zx MAF, you'd have to buy the one made for the 300 maf) 230-240ish whp is the max though without new injectors, MAF, afp, etc. though, so if you have all that stuff there isn't too much more you can do but dump the extra dough on it. If you wanted to get really creative you could make your own intercooler and radiator water squirter system. You can check out SCC's website for project silvia bc they did it and PDM racing has a setup on their track 240. When you spray them and cool both the rad and intercooler, you'd probably get few more hp (from the cooler motor and intake charge) and it shouldn't be to expensive to fab up the squirter system.

yeah try getting a better intake, lightened pulleys, and pick up an ebc or mbc and turn up the boost slightly. The stock wg actuator will leak a bit, so replace that unless you're gonna get a newer turbo in the near future.

the accessory pulleys won't do too much, but the crank pulley can all the way across the board.
