S13 Poer Steering Pump

A buddy gave a power steering pump for my S13 Black Top SR20DET. The pump fits fine where it belongs but the bracket that's on the pump (for tension I think) doesn't reach the one that's on the engine bracket. This pump he gave me is from a 92 240sx KA I think. I think I need the bracket for a SR20DET or can I use something different?

Had that same problem, you need that front bracket off a SR pump.This is the bracket that I had to replace, you can see how it's off like the one you have. Turns out I had the wrong tensioner bracket too which is the bracket where the hole lines up, this is a KA or a HICAS tensioner I can't remember which.This is the SR bracket and SR tensioner bracket that I got and it's a perfect fit.

I went throught three brackets before finding the right fit. This is the exact same KA bracket you have on the SR pump and it touched my pulley.

Do you know where I can find that SR bracket that goes on the power steering pump. I'm having a difficult time trying to find one. Thanks.

all i did was get a ka dohc ps pump in good working condition and took it apart and slapped all sr stuff onto it - mine works perfect!!!!
