S13 piggy lip, painted or flat black?

ok well i've been thinking of painting my piggy lip the same color as my car, but i dunno what should do, i just leave it flat black or paint it gold like my car? i think i looks really good in flat or matte black but then i've seen some pics of gold S13's with it paint to match, some look really nice and some look like dollar store hotwheel cars, what do you guys think? im going silvia front end later just tryin to source some good OEM fenders and hood. til then im lovin my piggy front end.

i like a semi gloss black, thats how i had it on my white hatch and i liked it much better than color matching

And for oem aero, you should paint it the same color as the car.

Paint it unless you know you're going to be scraping all the time.

If it's a darker color like blue, gray, etc... it doesn't really matter though so I'd do black.

i cant remember where i found it, it was awhile back as a matter of fact it may have been googled, i was looking for lowered piggy in gold like mine, anyways those pics you posted are nice, my car doesn't have cool rims like that but that makes me wanna paint my lip gold

yeah i moved to B.S chicago and potholes and speed bumps everywhere, i've got another lip i picked up last year but it needs to be repaired maybe after fixing that i will paint it gold and repaint my current lip flat black cause the sun got to it when i lived in cali and it's gray now....lol

color matched looks a lot better, but I know with my pig lip I scrape it at least 5 times a day lol and I don't really care as I got it for 20 bucks.But if I got it professionly painted and then I scraped it that much it would be upsetting

I was goin through the same dillema, but my cars black. i went with color match the gloss. and happy with it color matched. id say black for yours unless you get side skirts. it looks a lil wierd to me color matched without skirts
