Lenso, I'm assuming you've a DOHC and yeah that's a hard one to get at. Perhaps this will guide you on your way.

Then once off, put in new PCV and reverse the process. My throttle body gasket broke in half so I had to use some RTV silicone maker. Just spread a thin layer on the throttle body and bolt it back on, open the throttle body and wipped off all excess inside the intake manifold. Done! Well this is for anyone who is interested.
