s13 OBD port

So I got any S15 sr in my hatch and I wanted to hook up a Snap-On scanner and there is no conection found. I looked around in my wires and I realised that the person that did my harness just cut all the 4 green, and 1 black wire that goes from the cabin harness and suppose to be hooked up to the ECU but are just cut.
Anyone know which wires got to go the which wire at ecu?

But it dont really tell me which wires I have to splice into at the ECU !?
