s13 noob quiston, what kinda of silvia headlights came with what kind of silvias

hey i was talking with my friend last night and we couldnt figure this out, i know im about to get flamed, but id rather get flamed and gain the knowledge in the end

i know theres 3 type of s13 headlights

duel projectorstriple projectorsbrick headlights

what headlights came on what kind of silvia? for example duel projectors on the base model and bricks on the SE models......etc

i THINK it was as follows

bricks on the 89-90 all trims

duAl on the 91-93 A's and J's

Triple on the 91-93 Q's and K's and on all 94's

Actually the bricks came on s13's with the CA18DET.

Triple projectors came on the S13 K's, Club K's, and Diamond K's trim level.

Duals were on Q's and J's.

so once i drop in a SR and finish getting the parts for my Silvia front end what trim level would mine be considered if it was a true Silvia? My 92 coupe is fully loaded according to the model number.

if its a fully loaded coupe (meaning power windows, power door locks, and sunroof) with a turbocharged SR20DET... (J's and Q's S13's were not turbocharged...SR20DE) and triple projector headlights, it would be considered a S13 K's, S13 Club K's or S13 Diamond K's. heres some pics of the emblems. The S13's and S14's have trim levels or "grades" related to playing cards, J's for Jack, Q's for Queens, and K's for Kings. Same with the Clubs and Diamonds.

But if you find a nice pair of bricks pick them up and ill trade you my Triples for the bricks.

Yeah bricks are my second favorite Silvia headlights.Beyond S14a, beyond S15.

The only ones that look better are these babies.

If i cant find a set of Bricks by my next birthday. Im going clear.

what makes it K's, club K's, or diamond K's??? im trying to build a Silvia clone and i really want it to be right down to every little detail and with that being said i guess im going to have to sell my dual projectors and get some triple projectors cause my car is fully loaded and im dropping in a sr20det in the near future. just need to know the difference in the different K's. also IMO dual projector look the best thats why i bought the duals but i can go with triples to have the car right.

wikipedia doesn't have it all. I did more research. The diamon k's is ca18det and the club k's is sr20det and of course both are fully loaded. Apparently The a's did have a 5 speed and was set up like a j's as far as no power windows and all that, but it was just sr20de and had optional lsd.

what makes you think i havent read that already, have you read it? its so vague in the description of the K's, i want exact details and differences. so if you know then tell me bro. what i really need is like an old brochure on the Silvias so i can see the exact options that were offered so i can have my car right down to the smallest detail.
