S13 no start!

So after my rebuild, just my luck.. no start. After a little bit of switching around I managed to get power flowing slightly and when I turn the key to the first notch the daytime running lights turn on. Unfortunately that is the only sign I got.
I realize that there could be 1001 things wrong but my question is: what can i start testing first?

Your car has been a wiring nightmare unfortunately. I have a feeling it's somewhere in your wiring. I would start with making sure your starter is getting power to the solenoid and to the motor.
