S13 locking brakes

I have this problem, when the brakes r cold they r normal but when I start driving they got pressure and start slowing the car down, to the point that all 4 calipers smokes (pedal is all the way up).So far I replace front calipers.Flush the system.Replace the brake master cylinderpurge system.
