s13 kae wont turn off

the car will turn on but then it wont turn off when i take out the key ive diagonosed the ignition switch and that isnt it. has anybody had this problem before or where should i check

Check out the ECCS relay; it might be stuck in a closed mode. It's located in the relay box next to the battery.
