AHH!! my injectors are still leaking!! I've changed the o-rings 3 times already, first 2 just the orings, 3rd time the whole seal kit. Its still leaking from the fuel rail. Only my 1,2, and 3 are leaking, but the number 4 never leaks. I'm getting frustrated smelling gas everyday when I turn my heat on! And I kinda dont wanna get injectors cuz I have no money lol. Could it be the injectors? Any help would be apreciated! Thanks

(sorry for posting this twice)

It's the injectors, replacing them would be the solution. You can buy rebuilt injectors for as low as $50 if you look around.

I m not sure simply replacing the injectors will suffice. The injectors goes on and off and the max pressure is delivered to all four injectors by the pump. It should not leak at the o-ring unless its worn out and the sealing surfaces on the rail are worn out or dirty and the o-ring does not seat properly.

I ve tried many ways to solve this problem. I think that if there is any inperfection on the surface of the injector rail where the o-ring sits then you will get leakage. Inspect the rail and make sure everything is very clean before installing the injectors. The lower seal on the manifold also needs to be replaced as well as the secondary rubber sleeve/seal on the injectors. The secondary rubber sleeve seal pushes the end of the injector on the manifold -injector seal as you tighten the rail during installation. Make sure the o-ring are from the dealers - the hardness of the oring is important .. usually called durometer of the oring. -unless you know what it is you may not know what you are getting from other sources - unless you get them from a oring manufacturers. I would recomend some lubrication when installing the injector with the oring on the rail.

Where did you get the o-rings from? Only get the OEM ones from the dealership/ our sponsors. Autozone or anyother parts store that sells them have the wrong sizes and will never work.

If you need the part #'s I think I still have my receipt.
