S13 KA24E Catalytic Converter length

I need to know how long the OEM Catalytic Converter is on a S13 KA24E. I've got the down pipe, but the converter was cut off and I have a replacement converter. Guy wants to buy it off of me (he knows it is a replacement) I don't have the engine or exhaust to get an idea on length.

Roughly 12.5" from flange to flange.
