I want to turbo my S13 KA24DE with the S15 T28R BB Turbo

http://www.thenismoshop.com/ik...d=341

Here are my setups, and I have the following questions.

Oil Feed:

NISsport Oil Pressure Adapter for 240SX 1/8 BSPT (male & female) & 3 1/8 NPThttp://www.nissport.com/catalo...tions

Steel -3 AN to 1/8 NPT 961603http://www.anplumbing.com/shop...Steel

36" -3AN Line 63010136http://www.anplumbing.com/shop...-Flex

0.03 Oil Restriction Inlet Fitting Turbo Restrictor GT28/GT28RS/GT30R/GT35R. Output is -3 AN male OILRESTAK2http://www.takamotorsports.com/

I will get the oil feed from the stock oil pressure sending unit. Since the NISsport Oil Pressure Adapter has 3 1/8 NPT connections, I will use 1 for oil turbo line, 1 for oil temp sending unit, and 1 for oil pressure sending unit.

1) What is your preference between Oil return 1 and oil return 2 setups? Any other alternatives? Oil return 1 setup is cheaper but oil return 2 setup seems more reliable.

2) For GReddy oil cooler Adaptor, there are 2 set of -10AN inlet and outlet. So, there are -10AN to 1/8 NPT adapters (http://www.240sxmotoring.com/1gaad.html) that I get buy for installing oil temp and pressure sending units. Is there an advantage of installing oil temp/pressure sending units on the GReddy adapter over installing installing oil temp/pressure sending units on NISsport Oil Pressure Adapter?

Turbo coolant lines:

Banjo Fitting Kit for coolant lines - 14mm Machined Alum to 1/4" NPT (QTY: 2)http://www.atpturbo.com/Mercha...=GTBB

Fitting, 1/4" NPT Male to 5/16" Hose Barb (QTY: 2)http://www.compperformancegrou...tting

Goodyear Replacement Belts and Hoses 65127 5/16 in ID. Hose 25fthttp://www.summitracing.com/parts/GTR-65127/

3) Is it true that I will just need to connect the two 5/16 in ID hose to the coolant inlet and outlet? Is there a way I can avoid bypassing the throttle body connection, and connect one hose to the throttle body and one hose to coolant line? That way the coolant will flow through both throttle body and turbo.

I am new to turboing car, so any comments/suggestions can be very helpful for me. I want to know every little parts that I need. Please let me know if you find any guides that is useful for KA24DET, and any alternative setups.

Thanks!

Wow dude, you're over thinking this.

I know it's probably a bit more money, but...

There is an oil kit (includes to turbo and drain) with all the required parts for a T3/T04 turbo and right below it is the same kit for a T25/28.

At the price of that turbo you could purchase a new Turbonetics T3/T4. For all your oil feed/drain lines I would just go to Parker and them made.

Thanks!

I would appreciate if someone can answer my following questions.

Is there an advantage of installing oil temp/pressure sending units on the GReddy adapter over installing installing oil temp/pressure sending units on NISsport Oil Pressure Adapter?

3) Is it true that I will just need to connect the two 5/16 in ID hose to the coolant inlet and outlet? Is there a way I can avoid bypassing the throttle body connection, and connect one hose to the throttle body and one hose to coolant line? That way the coolant will flow through both throttle body and turbo.

4) Is it ture that I will just need to install the NISsport Water Temperature Adapter in the upper hose of the radiator and install the water temperature sending unit on the adapter?

Thanks in advance!
