Yes, but they are all minor for the most part.

the camshafts are the biggest difference.

240/248 for the s13 and 232/232 for the s14.

The heads are slightly different too. You can only use a s13 valve cover on a s13 head. The rear bolt lines up on top of the valve cover instead of behind it. I am sure there are others as well.

you can use the s14 trans for the s13, but you cant use the s13 for the s14... theres a sensor on the top of the bellhousing for s14 that isnt there on the s13
