S13 ka24de crank no start

Alright guys I'm lost my car ran once I replaced the engine. Now it's got this crank no start issues. I have spark I have fuel coming to and from the ram to the filter and rail. No vac leaks. My mods so far are emissions delete,custom stock intake with filter, 3" exhaust. The car fired up numerous times and I checked the timing and at tdc the dizzy rotor is on one. Im just lost because it just decided to do this. Help me!

Check all the ground conections to ur engine make sure there is no paint Or rust and that there all there not sure how many it should has but Around 2or 3

it wasnt a ground issue..it was because i used my old dizzy of my other engine because it was in better shape and it turned out to be 180 out, but its timed and running awesome..
