s13 ka motor into an s14

My motor decided to act up with me yesterday, started smoking really bad and could smell oil. thinking rings have went bad. But i have found a 92 ka24de and was wondering if it would swap right into my s14 chassis. Ive heard i gotta change the sensors over and also heard i gotta swap valve covers.Just looking to get it back going and build my motor right now to hold up to turbo kit and all. Ive searched but always find swaps of a s14 ka into a s13. Not the other way around. Thanks

Swap for swap, some sensors, and intake manifold. Valve cover if your swapping the heads. Cams if you want to get into making it spot on for the tune.

thanks for the reply! that's wat i was hoping to hear, i'll probably use my head from my s14, i should still be using my s14 wiring harness tho right?

So ive found me a motor from a 92 240 worth buying. My motor now is junk. So im wanting to install the s13 ka24de into my s14. Will everything work. Definitely concerned about the wiring harness, and all that good stuff. Really need a correct answer soon. Thanks

It works, just need to swap stuff over. I have put a S14 KA into a S13, and we used the S13 intake manifolds, sensors, but we removed all of the emissions and used the S13 KA harness and ECU

ok. Yea the s13 motor has all the sensors and everything to go along with it. i was hoping i could just drop that motor in. hook everything up without swapping over anything. definitely not running the turbo on this motor so that eases my mind on the manifolds matching perfect
