s13 ka into s14

i know the s14 is an OBD 2 computer system, so my question is the motor going to be a direct swap from the s13 or will i have to swap ecu also. the motors are basically the same right.

the blocks are the same, the heads and slightly different, and the valvecovers are different, and I know the timing covers are different, but if its just a freshend block, should work, or are you swapping the entire thing?

im going to swap the complete motor from a 92 240sx into the 95 240. was told the car overheated and warped the head. also getting head from a 93 with no cams. told swapping the motor would be easier than switching head installing cams and setting timing on a DOHC
