s13 ka(e) to s14 ka(de)

What would it take parts wise to get this to work i really want to go de my car has grounding issues and broken boilts in the exhaust mani so i am gonna have to do alot ove wireing and pull the motor anyways.There are 2 readliy availabl ka24de from 95 and later modle 240s not shure on the year exactly and one motor has been pulled one is still comlete in a rolled car so all the parts are availabe.my car is an 89 240sx 5-speed and the 240sx are boath autos.Dont think that it needs to be said but i want to stay 5-speed.

well im an idiot when i t comes to this crap but i have a question for u im pretty much doing the opposite of wat ur doin. so here it goes,i cracked my block on my 95 ka24de and i need another one so i called the junkyard and found a 92 ka24de but the lady told me it wouldnt work for my 95...so is she right because it doesnt sound right

i dont know but if u read the link http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=162443it states that all u need for the swap is a new ka and when going sohc to dohc on an 89-90 u need only these 91-93 de specific parts a intake, cluster,and harness so in my openion the long block should work so long as you use your original intake and sensors and stuff and switching the cams might be a good idea cuz from what i understand they are different.But i am not expirenced enough to say for sure i am still new to this ka 240 stuff sorry.Where do u live there are two after 95 ka's in a yard like 4 blocks from my house and hes hurtin' so if u flash like 350-400 he'll prilly give one up.their both se autos.I live in texas deep south texas.
