Hey guys and girls, I have a 91 240sx hatch se model. It has a 96 ka in it bone stock.
It will nto run quite right it will rev to the limiter if im easy on the gas but it will not rev past maybe 5k if i mash it.
Now driving is a totally different story it will barelys move over 3k rpms at any push of the throttle sometimes.
Now sometimes it will act fine then other times it wont. If i smash the gas it might pull hard to about 4k then it kinda goes in and out then bogs off until i let off. i have a new cap, rotor, plugs, wires, o2 sensor, fuel pump, and fuel lines, fuel filter.
all the things listed have been changed i am totally stumped guys please help me.

Did you remove the distributor? Also- has the car ever ran right? Worse after you put those parts on?

I had a problem where I installed the distributor a tooth off and it ran that way, it ran, but really crappy, it would only drive on light throttle, and buck and pop with medium to full throttle.. I had to reinstall it several time to get the tooth I was looking for.

So you're driving around with the TPS unhooked? I'd fix that before you do anything else.
