S13 JDM/USDM Hood differences

I ma in process of making custom headlights for my '91 240sx using the Sylvania Xenarc 1010 HID lights. I will be making up some custom brackets put them just above the light cutouts in the stock bumper. As they are quite small it looks like the lights will fit under the hood if the stock hood line was continued from the center to the edge (remove the pop-up headlight notches). So now my question: Is the JDM S13 hood the same width and length as the USDM hood, and will it bolt in without the pop-up headlights from the USDM version? I am just looking to minimize the amount of custom bodywork I need to do.

The JDM RPS13 180SX hood is the same as the USDM one

The USDM s13 240sx hood is the same width as the JDM S13 Silvia hood. However, the lengths are very different. If you were going to use a JDM hood, you would also need to cut some of the bumper in order to make it fit.
