hello all! So I just did the j30 front brake upgrade on my S13. Now my problem is the pedal feels too soft .i just replace new master brake cylinder ;bleed all lines many times ;also bleed BMC before the install but still soft ;i have new rotors and brake pads f+r, pedal feel hard only when the car is off but when i do star the car pedal feel really soft ...any ideass HELP .. :cry:

Did tou bleed all four? Sounds like you still. Got air. Before you bleed tap the caliper. Get the air. Out of there.also make sure bleeders are up in the front.

If you bled them correctly and didnt lift the brake pedal until the bleeder was closed, you probably just need to adjust the brake master cylinder piston screw.

It's connected to your brake pedal. a 14mm open wrench will allow you to loosen it and make adjustments. twist it so the piston travels toward the front of the car to tighten up the brakes.

Be careful when you do this. Always make sure before you drive miles and miles that you have enough clearance when you lift off the brakes. I mistakenly adjusted my brakes too tight when I was a youngin' and they were all smoking 10min later lol..
