Hello All! I've done some researching, but could not seem to find direct information regarding my car's issue. What has just recently started happening is that my battery will drain overnight. It all started a week ago when I was leaving class. Class ran from 8am-2pm, and my car started and drove great to school. Leaving class however, my voltage was at 9.8, and the starter just clicked. I had a friend jump my battery, and the car started no problem. I didnt have an issue with it until a week later. I went to start my car and nothing turned on. My Volt meter on my safc read 7.5, and then everything shut off. I then hooked in a test light between the negative terminal of the battery and it is lit up, so there is some parasitic battery draw. I proceeded to pull all of my interior fuses, and the light did not shut off. So i moved to the engine bay fuse box and started there. I've read that some people had issues with the FL75A Alt fuselink, and when i pulled that fuse, the light went out. But i continued pulling fuses and noticed that when I pulled the FL25A RET MTR fuselink, it dimmed the test light. And now im stuck here. I know the FL25A RET MTR fuselink dims my test light, and the FL75A ALT fuselink turns off the light all together. I took a second look at my battery too. I noticed that it looks like it could be leaking around the 2 caps ontop, but no fluid draining down the sides of the battery. There is also no corrosion aorund the terminals, and they are/were tight. I should also mention that my battery is relocated to the back of the car, and i have wood under the batter to elevate it away form the metal in the back. I'm going to start by replacing these fuses, but where else should I go from here? I've never been a fan of electrical issues, but since this is my daily, i really need to fix it asap. any advice is greatly appreciated!
