s13 intense vibration

I was driving my s13 equipped with a j30 diff when suddenly after leaving a red light CLUNK! diff started making horrible clucking anytime I accelerate. I figured I'd limp it on home to check it out when Boom! 40mph brought intense vibration.

troubleshooting:
- I have turned everything over by hand smoothly with no problems.
-I have installed energy suspension bushings but the problem persists (I did NOT re-install the old cup washer, as I read it wasn't necesary)
-I have pressed in a New drive shaft center bearing

my only other thought is somehow, a weight popped off my drive shaft, bringing it off balance??

A missing weight is a possibility, so that's something worth checking out.

The diff shouldn't be making a noise like that from a missing weight though.
Does it clunk just once, or does it do it with every rotation?

It only clunks on take off and when shifting . I'm gonna swap drive shafts today and see what happens
