The small nipple connects to the boost solenoid, which many importers do not include in their motorsets.

If you don't have a boost solenoid don't worry about it, just cap the nipple off.

The smaller port on the left next to the intake hole that is used for the stock BOV, what can I use to block this with? Mine doesn't have a brass connector in it like Hitmans and in Project Car they used a 2 liter bottle cap to cork it up but I don't want to trust that method. Although it seems plausible if it's a tight fit.

Screws work, the person that I got my car from removed his emissions and plugged the lines with screws and there were no leaks.
