s13 instrument cluster problem

wassup nico, with ur help ive just finish mycomplete engine and transmission swap, interior wiring harnessdash, and clutch pedal swap from my once beautiful s13 to a used andabused shell

my problem is when i was taking the dash out and setting it asidemy instrument cluster's rpm gauge moved all the way to the hour and minute reset. after a month of swapping everything from one car to the other i finally started it today... there are a few bugs left but the rpm gauge hasnt moved. is it stuck like this forever or is there a way to fix it?thanks in advance
