s13 high beam won't work

I have these s13 head light conversion with the car that I bought. When I tried the high beam there is nothing. Everything went black. I heard the clicking of the relay somewhere, but nothing. Please have some advice. Thanks.

what kind of conversion? did you check the bulbs to see if the filament is still intact?
