S13 HICAS steering rack installation

My S13 has free-play for steering. I already replaced the two steering rack bushings, and installed TEIN tie rod + tie rod ends. Now I have two options:

1) Replace the non-HICAS steering rack with S13 HICAS steering rack for quicker ratiohttp://www.directauto.com/prod...inion

Have any of you installed the S13 HICAS steering rack or steer column bushing? Is that really hard to do? Is there any installation guide online (I googled, but I couldn't find anything)?
