Been having problems with the headlights on a S13 I just bought recently. The headlights won't go up or down, but they turn on (low-beam and high-beam). They seem fine, I can't tell if the motor is bad or not. The problem is both headlights. I was wondering what should I check? Where is the fuse for them located? How do I tell if motor is good or bad? Any other information I should know in order to make them work? Let me know. Thanks. And yes I searched around for the answer... Didn't find anything...

Check fuse and relays. I have that problem and is too lazy to fix it.

Where is the "fuse" and the "relays" area located? I couldn't find the fuse box area for the headlights. Is it the one inside the car?

2 fuse boxes in the engine bay. One beside your battery and the other under your air intake.

The fuse seems good. The relay makes a silent clicking sound.

well i just came across this problem tonight, i was messing around trying to do the "sleepy eye" BS and i wasn't really paying attention and grounded a wire i shouldn't have, now my headlights won't go up or down unless i do it manually, doing this trick messes with the headlight timer, that is what i grounded and i am going to check this first, so you may want to try checking the Headlight Timer, and where it's located is to the left of where your clutch pedal should be(kick panel), give it a shot, and tell me if it works.
