how can get my s13 headlights to stay half up half down.

with either a headlight controller(search pivot headlight controller on ebay) Or you can make one, search the forums, or you can maually adjust them

Hehehe same post in the other section. Multiple ways.Search for all the answers. You can Cut the brown wire behind your pop-up toggle switch seems to be everyone's fav choice.
