Hi...I am a newbie to this site and I am having problems with the headlights on my S13. The Headlights Pop-Up When I Switch Them Off and Stay Shut When I Switch them on. Any Ideas???

yeah get a new headlight switch/combination switch from the dealer. most headlight problems are resolved this way. but sounds like u got wires crossed somewhere. ever been in accident?
