Hey guys, my passenger side headlight makes a lot of noise when opening/retracting. It sounds like maybe the gearbox or brushes in the motor. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem, and if anyone has ever taken it apart to grease the gears or anything to stop the noise? The headlight still operates fine, so I'd rather not replace the expensive motor if I don't have to. Just wondering if anyone has any greasing recommendations. Thanks.

Take it apart, use a battery, use the FSM and bench test it and see what the noise it. You can try cleaning and lubing it up. I like CRC contact cleaner.
