s13 headlight harness nightmare...help

i really dont know much about electrical wiring, but what i was told is that my headlight harness is not plugged into my headlights. they DO go up and down but they dont turn on at all, no high or low beams, no parking lights, no hazards.

Now..this is what happened. I got into a car accident and it took it to a body shop and they removed my entire front end...lights, fenders, bumper, hood. pretty much everything was wasted so i bough a new front end and the old one was tossed.

Heres the problem, i took it to another body shop to have my new front end installed. They went ahead and did that but im having the problem with the headlights....i cant drive at night at all. i may sound like an idiot, but I need to plug the harness into my headlights.

i have a few questions and please dont flame cuz i dunno shiiiet.

-is it possible that the harness could have come off with my old headlights? (in which case i need to buy a new harness)

...or is it attached to the car somewhere still just laying around? (in which case i need to find it and plug it in)

and lastly, what do i need to remove to plug it into my headlights?

hey the harness should be laying around the headlight somewhere and it just needs to be plugged onto the headlight bulb. the people at the body shops would never cut the wiring harness off. they probably just forgot to plug it back on. if you cant find the harness dangling around the engine bay, id suggest to go back to the shops that did the work on your car.

thanks, ill look for the wire hanging around today...where exactly would i plug it into? straight into the lamp?
