s13 head on s14 block ka24de

ok i know this has been covered but just want to be sure as i am getting different output from everywhere
heres the scenario :

i have an s13 head that i want to build for my ka-t app,
there is nothing wrong with my s14 head, except that my car is a daily so i cant take it down. i decided to rebuild the s13 head but now i am finding out i need an s13 valve cover, upper timing cover, but the rest is up in the air, can someone please aid me. the head is already rebuilt the only thing left is a port job.

Head and valve cover bolt patterns are different from s13 to s14. that is all, everything else is interchangeable.

so i will have to get a valve cover and head bolts?
