s13 head lights cant see at night

when driving at night its almost impossible to see with my pop up head lights on both dim or high beam. i swaped a h4 conversion and used illuminex blue head lights. is it the bulbs or h4 conversion.

try adjusting the angle of ur lamps... or its because of ur headlight... i have the same problem too... i have a projector lamp and HID and stil...

I have that same problem, until i installed HIDS.

so it looks like im not the only one with this problem. i thought about doing something similar to this but dont know how much of a difference this would make much difference.http://www.driftworks.com/foru....html
