im having this problem with my s13... the passenger side bulb doesnt work, i know its not the bulb itself because i switched them and had the same problem.... i also know that it IS NOT MY HEADLIGHT SWITCH... because i bought a new one and still have the same problem... someone said something about the fuses for the head lamps but i dont know where they are located... nothing in the fuse box says anything about the head lamps and the relays under the air cleaner box are only for the pop-up function as far as i know.... i also switched these and had no luck... i am thinking its a short somewhere... i just dont know where it would be.... under the dash or in the engine harness... what do you think? if someone can help i would really appreciate it... this is bumming me out hardcore btw the brights indicator doesnt work either if that helps.....

I also had this problem and thought it was the fuse, but the fuse was fine. Turns out a bunch of water had collected in the large gray connector underneath the headlight housing. I unplugged it, dried it out, and it has worked fine since.
