As I was glancing through old topics, few people have mentioned older hatches with stock factory power sunroofs? In those topics people confirmed them, but not a lot of info was provided in these.
So, I just have a few questions to ask:
Were these power sunroofs for hatches (not coupes), available only in 89-90 240s?
Were they larger or smaller than the 91-93 hatch sunroofs?
Were they dual opening like most modern sunroofs?
Are they rare?

i was under the impression that only the coupes had power sun roofs while the hatches only had flip up moon roofs.

yeah, i saw that too, but idk. i imagine someone with some more knowledge on factory options from back then would chime in, but i'm still inclined to think that those were well done aftermarket jobs.

^ i agree. i've seen power sunroof in a coupe but never in a hatch not even in pics. as far as i know it was coupe only, like hud
