So my brother has an S13 hatch and has always had a hard on for push button start. We were looking around and decided to hook it up through the rear wiper buttons!!!
A couple relays and now the wiper button is for engine "on" and the spray button is to start, no more key.
He is painting the buttons plain black but will post pictures soon. If you want a "how-to" email me and I might post it.

Sounds pretty cool, a friend of mine had his hooked up to where you pressed the horn to start it.
