S13 harness in an s14

Can someone please tell me exactly what I need to do to make my damn car run. I have a 13 harness ecu maf and brand new dizzy, dizzy cap and rotar with new wires and I can't get any spark. I don't know what to do with the f8 and f9 plugs. I looked up a diagram and ran constant 12v to the pins that need power with both plugs and still nothing. Got my ecu light to cum on and I'm getting power to the dizzy and coil but no spark. I'm so lost I've looked up everything and I can't figure this out. I just want this b**** to run.

Have you triggered the ECU to see if there are any codes?

Do you have a picture of the F8 and F9 plugs you are talking about?

Have you verified there is power coming out of the coil as well? If power is coming in, but none coming out, you could have a bad coil.

I put the ecu in a friends car and it worked fine idk about the codes but how do I test the output power from the coil?

I'm not sure the exact process, but it may be outlined in the factory service manual. Probably something like applying some voltage to one side of it, and checking the other to see if there's an increase. Or just checking for continuity (broken coil).

You can also try swapping it from that friend's car you mentioned.
