S13 Harness Bar input needed

Is anybody using a Harness bar in their S13? I don’t want to go with a roll cage but am looking to make my Harness system safer. I currently have S14 seats and a 4 point Sparco harness on the driver side but want to re-configure the setup. I want to make the system safer and also be able to enter racing events (1/4 mile, road racing, drift).

I found very little on this subject and input will be helpful.

It looks like one of the Harness Bars is 1.5 inches longer and has some additional loops in it for the harness to run through. It seems like that would be a beneficial features to have just to help keep the harness from sliding across it.
