The 12V switched source for my radio (blue wire in the harness) only outputs 2.8V when it goes hot. Not enough to power my stereo. Any good ideas (with wire color and location) for another source for my ACC power to the stereo? I am soooooo tired of having to remove my deck's face when I get out.

It's that or someone give me some tips as to why that wire would only get 2.8V instead of the 12V it is supposed to.

Thanks.

Well I'll state the obvious first...highly likely there is a fuse out somewhere.

To answer your question on an alternate, the 12-14 gauge blue wire right at your ignition switch is switched ignition. This one shuts off while your ignition is in the crank position. You can also use the Black/Red wire at your ignition switch for switched 12V. The black/red one stays hot while you crank tho. There is a possibility that the blue one will have the same problem as your radio wire if the issue is in the ignition switch.

Any other circuits acting up or just the radio?

Yes. The dash lights are out as well.

All fuses are fine (as in checked with a multimeter fine). All new bulbs across the dash. New dimmer switch. New TCU.

There will be a smaller value of voltage on a wire because it is just sending voltage "signals" to a component. For example, an alarm LED light. The LED will pulse whenever a certain voltage is sent from the alarm brain module. If a constant or switched 12V is present, the LED will stay lit constantly.
