s13 gauge cluster lights

ive searched but could not find any answers so i will be grateful for those who took the time to help me. My fuel light, cruise control light, will not work. You know how the s13 gauge cluster has the left side of circle lights with the check engine, fuel, cruise, etc. and the right side with oil, ebrake, seatbelt, etc. The right side works perfectly fine, but the left side does not work at all except for the check engine light. ALl the gauges work fine. Any ideas? I checked all the fuses under the driver side dash and were fine. My cigarette lighter does not work either..
