s13 Fuse box relocation

Well Ive been working on relocating all my engine bay fuses into the cabin. Could someone give me any pointers for this.
I already have the harness out of the car.

Most people who do tucks a lot dont like to tell everyone thier process.

But how I plan on doing mine is.

Label all plugs and slowly take the harness apart and running all the lines I need to where I want them and extend and shorten wires as needed. get everything working and then take it out wrap it and install it. I know my plan will take a damn long time.
