S13 Fuel Pump wont prime

Today, I had someone come over and we figured out why the KA24DE I put in wouldn't crank over. The problem was the grounds and now it cranks over. After that was fixed, we realized that we couldn't hear the fuel pump. It seems like it isn't priming.

What and how should I check the fuel pump? Could it be a relay?

There is a really good section on this in this thing called the FSM. Search around a bit and you will find a better answer to your question in that than anyone on this site can give you

Check your fuse first, make sure there is power to fuse. If the fuse is good check power at the fuel pump. If power is good there your pump is probably bad.

Yeah, I've checked the FSM. I found the fuse; it's 10A on the passenger side.

Thanks for the help guys. I'll pull that fuse later and check it and test the voltage at the back.
