S13 front wipers wont turn off!!

Problem is as simple as that.. the wipers will turn on.. all 3 settings, but wont turn off, until i turn the car off..

There is a small green box in the engine compartment on the passenger side near the firewall. This box is the wiper relay. You can try tapping on it with something if the winshield wipers won't turn off. If they turn off when you tap it then you shpuld replace it.
