I have 2 s13 tension rods with whiteline poly bushings pressed in for sale for $50 bucks if you want them. the "tanabe rod" includes everything you need, including the spherical bushings (pillow ball or solid, depending on what you prefer to call them). courtesy nissan carries ones that are 150 that are spherical, probably your best bet if you have an s13 and want solid bushings. The whiteline ones like mine, you can press into your stock bushings, and they are a pain to press but they are better than stock with no appreciable difference in harshness, but they really firm up the handling/steering. I switched to solid ones because my car is going with more a of a race oriented setup, but they make more noise/shock when going over expansion joints than the poly ones.
