Last week I pulled my front hubs and the rest of the suspension components. While it was all apart I decided to replace the inner and outer tie rods, and control arms. So today I decide to test fit everything and I have an issue.

I purchased some 5 lug conversion hubs about 2 years ago from Ichiba and just now started my brakes and conversion.

But the hub slides onto the spindle fine but when I tighten the hub bolt it doesn't make contact with the hub. The old hubs had 2 notches that they clicked into where these do not. I am confused, am I missing a spacer of sorts?

I don't see anything on here, and here is a pic of what i have going on. Behind the nut in this pic what is that? A wash a spacer? is it grooved like the spindle Please help

I just found this pic here

Notice the notch on the old hubs, Did I need to pull that thing out?

I also tried calling Ichiba but no answer, worst case scenario I cam trying to recal from bad memory did the S14 fronts bolt right onto the S13. If so I can probably buy a set from autozone or something.

That's cool, sultan.

/threadjackI went through all the pictures and they didn't bench bleed master cylinder. Is that okay?

Did not work for me.... After stripping two I took the one to the machine shop and had them remove it.

I am doing the same swap, but using Z33 track rotors and those brackets you see.

Mine came out easily somehow. I also bought 17/16 MC that has 3rd fitting already pressed in. I'm about to do the very same swap, but on 4-lug. Yeah, I noticed R1 Wurks brackets on yours. I have JSK's.

I see the same helicoils in you adapters. In stead of using the OE caliper bolts I purchased a set that was 15MM longer and put a lock nut behind the bracket. I just don't know if I want to trust 500HP stopping hard on helicoils pressed into aluminum. I would do the same thing. Cost me like 6 extra bucks but I know its secure and I like that piece of mind.

But yeah my MC's looked like they were factory locktited I tried PB blaster and no luck so 25 bucks at the machine shop did it right.
