i think you might be talking about the canadian daytime running lights. they are mounted where the grille below the turn signals are.

or possibly the s13 zenki fogs.(cant seen to find a pic of those)

ive got these on my car, they are not stock. ijust got them from advance auto

How much were your advance parts lights? I cant find any on ebay that look OEM, I could get lights that allow H3 bulbs from Lexus, etc, but there like $50 for each fog light. With the lights taht you purchased, did they come with wiring? I dont have a 240sx (I wish i did), but I installed aftermarket remote fog lights on my J30, and the blue lense looks gay. Id like a clear lense and put in some yellow bulbs. Umm, everything is wired, just need new fog light housings, any suggestions?

the advance auto lights are $17 for the pair. that includes all the wiring and a switch. (everything you need)

i had to hack part of the light housing off to fit them behind the vents, but it was quite simple. it took about 20 minutes for me to put them in. i would however recommend getting a different switch. the one it comes with fits nowhere, so i bought a new one and made a custom panel for it on my center console.

I love these fogs! and they help A LOT for nighttime driving

What do you people with Pignoses do for fog lights? only picture I've ever seen with them is the one Black on Gold posted. I want me some fog lights but don't really want to put them there. I was thinking about getting some round fogs from advance and fabbing up some brackets and cutting some holes to put them underneath the signals. It been done before?

i say give it a try i have only seen pignose foglights in the middle, really close together, but i think they look better spaced apart a bit.

i would really like to see this done

auto zone fogs are flush, cheap, and fit perfectly, you dont even have to use the mounting hardware. :werd:
