s13 fb speakers

hi, since the fb is 4x6 all around, do you guys think I can just get mb quartz's DKD146 for both the front and the rear?

Well, you could put those speakers in, probably wouldn't sound too bad. Though I have 4x6's all around right now (with a subwoofer too), and the biggest problem I have is a lack of midbass. I'd recommend buying the adapter that Chris at Underground Motorsports makes, and you could either use 6 1/2" speakers, or go with components . . . you'd be much happier, I think. HTH . . .

I think he means the custom mounting plates Underground is making for the s13 doors.

And I would agree. Right now I have 4x6s all around and I'm lacking midbass. I'm planning to upgrade to Inifinity Kappa 6 1/2" components in the doors soon.

Also, I would say that Infinity's 4x6 Kappa Plates do a lot for the sound back there.

I have the infiniti 63.3 and the 693.5 before...

they are both too squeaky for me...

I want to try mb quart on this car
