S13 FB rear bumper removal

I removed the 3 10mm nuts on the left and right side of the rear bumper, but it still seems to be attached. Are there any more that I am missing?

if you pull up the carpet theres rubber plugs covering the 4 main bolts. you know the ones that actually hold the bumper on.
