s13 electrical issue

ok so iv been doing a sr swap in my friends car, start wiring it in and find out that the chassis harness has been cut right where it goes behind the dash, person b4 that owned the car was a friend so didnt really think of checking it over that well, so i swapped the whole harness headlight 2 brake lights, i was just about done and then my friend decides 2 hook the battery up and turn the key on. i did not have the 2 front grounds hooked up behind the head lights. so now theirs no power going 2 the ignition. things iv checked and changed out, all relays main relay checked all fuses, does any1 have any advice or know by any chance what could be wrong, im lost so any ideas would be appreciated. right now what im thinking is that the front chassis harness is screwed

did you check the ecu for burn spots?

nothing of the sr was wired in when this happened. the problem is no pwer going 2 the ignition switch and i setup a different wire going into it 2 give it power with a fuse hooked up to it and when i turn the key 2 on position the fuse blows so idk im lost
