how did you guys mount the jdm ecu on your 240sx,not one bolt lines up.this is on a 92 240sx.thanks for the help.brian

I took the brackets off my KA ecu and bolted them onto the SR ecu. Make sure the ECU identification sticker is facing the left side of the car and the blue plug socket faces to the back of the car.

Yep, Looked at it for about 2 minutes when plugging it up and said..."That bracket isn't going to work/line up. Oh well" ***slap, kick panel goes on***.

if for some reason it won't bolt to the brackets you can cut up the bracket a bit and bolt it in, then slide the ecu in there and throw a ziptie around it.the grounds in the harness are sufficient.

I actually haven't thought about it lately or I would have probably fixed it. Just was trying to see if it would start at the time and forgot about it being like that until today.

i just threw mine in...its not bolted to anything who cares?

its not gonna get loose and crawl out or anything

I wouldnt leave it lying there simply because some electronics are sensitive to vibration and may break...
